Shipping & Returns

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That way you can be sure you made the right decision.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple.

Our Return Process
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Each gem is inspected and catalogued by our Quality Control experts for every product prior to shipping. Our QC specialists will inspect the item for scuffs, and any gem mis-matches. Please note that items showing signs of wear or if the price and description tag has been cut or separated from the item, or items that have been engraved, altered, resized, tampered with or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to you at your cost. In the event of a dispute, ZiaVera’s decision will be final. If the product is found to be in its original condition we will refund your money promptly. Returns without a ZiaVera™ return code, and packages that have been tampered with, damaged, or uninsured will be refused receipt and your purchase will be returned to you at your cost.

How To Prepare A Return
To return a jewelry item to ZiaVera™, follow our three step process:

1.Your Return Authorization Code.  Please click here to generate your return code. 

 

Please print this number on your return label.  Only those packages with this label, full mailing address and return authorization code will be accepted.
 
2. Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material.  Only those items in their original condition will be refunded.   

Please note that items showing signs of wear or if the price and description tag has been cut or separated from the item, or items that have been engraved, altered, resized, tampered with or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to you. In the event of a dispute, ZiaVera’s decision will be final. If the product is found to be in its original condition we will refund your money promptly.

3. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:

(FedEx® will not insure merchandise over $500.) You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return and your purchased item will be returned to you at your cost.
